What it does

Four ways in — all working from your desk's territory and currency.

The daily feed

Liquidity Triggers

One tap scans your market for companies with a fresh reason to move cash — bond and senior-note issuance, credit facilities, M&A proceeds, divestitures, IPOs and funding rounds from the last 7 days. Every company is verified to belong to your territory, your bank's warm leads sort to the top, and each card expands into the full brief.

Desk-to-desk handoffs

Cross-Border Referrals

Referrals in both directions: your home-market clients raising money or expanding abroad (hand the local desk a warm lead), and foreign companies landing in your market with new cash to place. Includes a revenue-exposure directory of who earns where, from filed 10-K geographic splits.

Pre-call prep

Company Search

Any company, by name or ticker: the latest liquidity trigger first, then SEC-filed financials, the full cash & securities portfolio, 13F holdings, banking relationships, revenue by region, and every office's angle on the company. Results are built from your desk's point of view — your market's deal always leads.

Your call list, ranked

Batch Search — Paste Your Book

Paste up to 100 names or tickers straight from your book or CRM. Each company is trigger-checked against 30 days of news and SEC filings, then the list comes back as a call order: existing banking relationships first, then the freshest, largest events. Companies with nothing current are listed honestly as quiet — never padded.

How it works

Gather wide, verify hard, rank like a salesperson.

1

Gather

Every scan queries Google News across global, local and local-language editions, pulls the PR wires (GlobeNewswire, PR Newswire) where deals appear first, and reads the SEC EDGAR event stream — 8-K debt obligations, 424B5 priced offerings and 6-K reports the same day they are filed.

2

Verify

Each headline is classified against deterministic trigger rules — the same rules everywhere in the tool. Deal amounts are parsed in the currency announced (crore, 億, Mrd. and all) and never converted. Clickbait, analyst notes, advisor PR, structured products and other companies' events are rejected, duplicates merged, and every company's home market is confirmed against its SEC-registered address or explicit local evidence.

3

Rank & brief

Survivors are ranked the way a salesperson calls: warm leads (your bank named in the company's own filings) first, then recency, then deal size. Every row expands into a full brief — XBRL financials with staleness guards, cash & fixed-income portfolio, 13F holdings, revenue by region and banking relationships — assembled in under a minute.

Accuracy rules the tool: amounts are shown exactly as announced in the original currency, never FX-converted; financial figures come from SEC XBRL filings with staleness guards (a missing figure is shown as missing, never an old one as current); and a company with no timely trigger is reported as quiet rather than padded with filler.

Built for each market, not translated from one

A master desk toggle switches the whole tool to your territory — local news editions and languages, local currency amounts, local benchmark rates, and market-specific filing streams.

Where the data comes from

Only sources that can be verified — every trigger links back to the article or filing it came from.

  • Google News— the market's local edition, global editions, and local-language business press (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Simplified and Traditional Chinese), queried 30–70 ways per scan.
  • PR wires— GlobeNewswire and PR Newswire, where funding, debt and M&A announcements appear minutes after release.
  • SEC EDGAR — same-day event filings (8-K debt obligations, 424B5 priced offerings, 6-K foreign-issuer reports including press-release exhibits), XBRL company financials, 10-K geographic revenue splits, 13F holdings, and full-text search for banking relationships.
  • Benchmark rates — SOFR and Treasury yields (FRED), €STR (ECB via FRED), SONIA (Bank of England via FRED) and HIBOR (HKMA). Desks without a verified free source show nothing rather than an approximation.
